Willis Waves Season info- t-shirts, concessions, preseason

Hello Willis Waves! 

This is a pretty lengthy email with lots of important information and items "to do" before the season starts so please bear with us! 

Concessions: We will be selling concessions and Chick-fil-A meals again at our 4 home meets this year in addition to having Jeremiah's come. This was a great fundraiser for our team last year and we need your help! Below is a sign up genius for concessions items; please sign up and bring something the first week of practice (if you are a year round swimmer who won't come that week, feel free to coordinate with Coach Mackenzie to get donations to Willis). Team Suits: These are not required. If you would like to order a team suit this year we are using the "Sporti Fenced In Blue" suits. (check out the team handbook for a picture) https://williswaves.swimtopia.com/team-handbook
T-shirt Order: T-shirts are optional. The store will close on May 12th so they can be ready for the first meet. Please pay close attention to the kid vs adult listings to get the right size. Preseason Practice: We will have 3 preseason practices: May 19, 21 & 22. White at 5:30. Teal at 6:15. Blue at 7. We know there are a lot of things going on for the end of school during this week and these practices are not required. However, if you are able to attend, please pick only 1-2 practices during this week. These practices will be a good introduction to how practices will work and having smaller groups this week will help. If you are new to the team we will have parent meetings on Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 to catch white/teal parents and I can do another one at 7 if needed :) Please bring concessions donations to these practices! 
Payment: If you are a Y member, your child should have been registered and your account will be charged on May 1. If you are not a Y member there should now be an invoice that the front desk can look up for you to be able to pay by May 15th. Thanks!
